For Maima Noibi — Gwinnett commercial assessments, 15 min?
Hi Ms. Noibi,
I'm a founder researching how small commercial property owners ($1–8M buildings) handle their assessments, and your firm's real-estate-investor focus — right in Gwinnett — is why I'm reaching out specifically. Gwinnett's 2026 notices went out May 15, so the appeal deadline is around June 29.
I'm not selling anything — I'm trying to find out whether a contingency appeal service (owner pays only a percentage of savings won, nothing otherwise) would actually earn referrals from CPAs like you, or whether owners just shrug and pay.
From county data, buildings assessed 25%+ above comparable properties in their own assessor neighborhood are common, and the owners have almost never appealed.
Could I grab 15 minutes Tuesday June 16 (12–2:30pm ET) or Thursday June 18 (12:30–4pm ET)? Happy to work around you. I'll share what I learn across these conversations.
