Value theme: more leased units from the leads + team you already have (cross-sell recapture + geo-batched showings). Variant per prospect (V1-V4) set at draft time. Cadence

Each step fires at the prospect's scheduled morning (8:27 AM PT base) ± 60 min jitter. Days = calendar days from the T1 send.
